Overpriced 'American' bar cataring to the tourists. Not worth your time, unless you are popping in for a quick beer- but make sure you order at the bar otherwise it will take a while because service is inattentive and slow. Let me explain:

We ended up ordering beer at the bar and sitting outside. The service was quick to come and take our food orders. We ordered two dishes, one was an appetizer. They told us it would take 30-45 minutes. After over an hour wait, we asked about where our food was. They forgot. There were two large groups sitting near us which I understand take time to serve, but the rest of the restaurant was pretty empty so they were not swamped with orders in the kitchen. They finally prepared our two dishes, but it took another 30-40 minutes. In the end, the food was mediocre and not worth the almost 2 hour wait.

The reason I gave 3 stars (and not 2) was because they gave us a substantial discount on our meal. Either way, stay clear of this place if you are looking for a good meal in a reasonable...

I usually don't write reviews about restaurants but this is a place where you definietly should NOT go!

The waiter forgot one of the fries and our drinks tasted like water but this was not the biggest problem. They have accidentaly deducted twice from my card the price of our lunch when I paid. First the waiter didn't beleive but I showed him on my phone. They called the bank, I called my bank and both confirmed that I paid twice. The waiter told I will receive the refund (refund of the price of the food and drinks but this way I tipped them twice for this unbelivably amazing service) latest next Monday as there is no cash at the restaurant. They did not offer any compensation if we want a coffe at least... nothing. This is not what good hospitality looks like.

Moreover I am still waiting for that money to be returned and my mail that I wrote them about this is still not...

We visited this pub on a Sunday evening and stayed from late afternoon through dinner. We were sitting indoors, minding our own business and enjoying ourselves. At one point, we went to get another round of beers when, out of nowhere, the security guard told only one of our friends that he had to leave. No explanation was given. We weren’t drunk or causing any issues—if anything, he was the one who had drunk the least.

We were completely shocked by this treatment, especially considering how quiet the place was that night. We had been respectful customers, spending money and bothering no one.

TOURISTS BEWARE: After reading other reviews, it seems this kind of behavior is not uncommon, especially toward foreigners. If you’re visiting, I would strongly suggest skipping this place and heading to Gamla Stan instead. Much more welcoming and...
