Never buy here your phones, just to go there to check and touch the phones they have but then buy directly in the brand. Otherwise, they screw you with their nonsense return and refunding policies that are less customer friendly than the actual brands like Apple that has 14 days to test and return the product. Why dont Elgigantern follow the same policy?? Even worse is how they completely refuse solving issues i showed them less than 24 hours after buying the product. I also wrote them a complaint, and no reply. Therefore, I reported this case to Apple and they clearly say you must solve the situation either by refunding me or changing the phone.
Hope Elgiganten senior managers understand that the current support and refund policies will make people start going there just to check and feel the products in our hands but when it comes to buying we will never buy there but instead directly to the brand! Making Elgiganten mobile phone sales eventually not profitable. Cheers!
More details on below: I bought the Iphone15 on the 02/12/2023 and less than 24h after i couldnt be more regretful due to several bugs and performance of the phone. I asked for a refund or change for a new Iphone but the store does not accept refunds or changes even though they have 30 days refund policy. It seems though you cant open the package, something nobody warned me about. So, I really dont know how Elgiganten want customers to test whether the product works without opening the box and trying it out? Elgiganten could you explain the rational??    Read moreArrived with my Pixel 8 for connectivity issues: getting muted mid-call or unable to make calls. Tried troubleshooting on my own, but the Pixel was clearly the problem. Presented valuable troubleshooting information and video proof at Elgiganten. They wanted to send it for service. Received a notification that the "repair" was done, which turned out to be just a reset. They found no problems and expected me to test it. Isn't it the technician's job to recreate and solve the problem? However, the staff who handed out the old phone understood my struggle and replaced the phone, which I greatly appreciated. Its just usbsurd to this this level of incompitence. just like webhallen they hire very average people and not those who catually know and understand tech. I dont recommend elgiganten and i much rather deal with expirienced technicians who have custumer service in mind an dnot just money.
