Kaffebar — Restaurant in Stockholm

Mellkvist Kaffebar is a small shop located on a little square in Söder. I would recommend going there on a sunny day and enjoying the place outside with a cup of coffee or something else they have to offer. The baristas are friendly and seem to know what they're doing, and the food also looked delicious. The seating inside is limited, but they have quite some tables and chairs outside.

I've never been in that part of Stockholm before, but it is a nice neighbourhood and resting in the sun at Mellqvist Kaffebar is definitely one of the best things you could do...

I stopped by for a breakfast. The menu wasn't in english, so I asked the staff to briefly introduce the pastry to me that they had on the counter. The staff helped me out kindly, and spoke very good english. The quality of the coffee was really good, together with the delicious cinnamon bun it made a great breakfast. I sat in the outside area, where it is a little noisy from the street but that is not the caffée's fault and it was nothing that would disturb me too much. Really good brew coffee. Unfortunately slightly unfriendly staff. The breakfast package has an egg “as a gift” but needs it to be worth its price and to feel full after having: one day eggs were out, and the staff were adamant I should have know it was my mistake not to check whether the eggs were out before ordering.
