Lindquist’s Pastry feels like it’s stuck between being old-school and trying too hard to look “authentic.” Honestly, it just ends up feeling kind of tired and lacking any real vibe.

We tried a blueberry muffin, and it was dry—not what you’d hope for. Plus, they served it on this tiny IKEA plate that barely fit the thing. Definitely not the kind of care or presentation you'd expect.

The bathroom? Yeah, that was rough. It was so gross that even roadside rest stops would be cleaner. Seriously, it was bad.

What made it worse was seeing how the owner handles bad reviews here. Instead of actually taking the feedback and fixing stuff, they just get all defensive and even sarcastic, blaming the customers. Not a good look.

If they spent more time improving the food, the vibe, and basic things like cleanliness, this place could actually be worth it. But as it stands,...

Excellent service indeed. I Ordered cake through Online to surprise my bestfriend and since we're 57999 miles (MNL Phillipines-STOCKHOLM)away and I want her to feel loved on her 30th Birthday I tried to search for a bake shop in stockholm. So I dont know why I chose Lindquist but maybe its destined because their online website were very presentable, their Instagram account and online email were very responsive. Everything was smooth transactions. but I am really sorry for the delivery guy because he waited for 20mins to reach my bestfriend since her phone was not with her and she didnt wear her Iwatch during the time of delivery. I was here today and got a little irritated by the "service". It wasn't busy after lunch time, many seats were empty, four people were working but somehow it got crowded with people standing and waiting infront of the counter anyhow. Some wanted to sit down, others take away, some wanted to pay and there was no clear system so many people would just order even tho others were clearly standing there much longer, waiting. So I was waiting quite a long time, too... I also never saw staff wearing headphones and drinking bavarages while serving before. I think improvement towards customer service is needed.
