Review for The King’s Fox

We visited The King’s Fox for the first time as a group of four, and unfortunately, it will most likely be our last. Our experience was quite disappointing.

First, the opening times displayed on the door were different from the actual closing time, which caused confusion. The staff sold us beer just five minutes before closing but then expected us to finish it within two minutes. When we asked if we could sit and drink, they argued that we couldn’t, even though they had just served us. This left us questioning why they were even selling drinks so close to closing time if they didn’t allow time to enjoy them.

The beer itself was quite expensive, and when we requested a refund because we didn’t want to chug it down in a rush, they refused. It felt like we were being tricked into buying drinks with no reasonable opportunity to enjoy them.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience. We live in Stockholm and were hoping for a good night out, but instead, we left disappointed. We won’t be returning, and we wouldn’t recommend...

Dont be fooled about the reviews. Firstly, the ventilation is non existant. It smells a lot of fried fish. Second, table was not stable, and we couldnt get another. Thirdly, food was too greasy, and without any flavour. The one star is for the one beer...

Quite possibly the best smash burger I've ever had! The service is fantastic and the atmosphere has a modern pub feel. Would recommend getting the dirty fries with a foxen cheese burger
