Could not be worse !

Very disappointed for the price we pay.

We order a soffa and dining table three month in advance, but still Mio manage to get everything three weeks delayed without clear reasons or apologizes.

Then one piece of the soffa was distort so we could not mount it. We called Mio and a Saturday and they order a new piece, it was to be dispatch the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. On Wednesday nothing has come so we called Mio again and they were just like "Oh sorry, the piece is actually coming from Lithuania so it will take few days longer"

Mio is very poorly managed, it looks like they have trouble to meet the deadlines and they don't even know why something is delayed or take longer time, and they are not able to tell precisely when delivery would occur or when a problem would be fixed.

The only compensation we got was 200kr per delayed week, and no apologizes. It feels very little when one's pay more than 10,000 kr...

Bought several furnitures from Mio. Design wise, they look really good, but quality & assembly wise, they are nightmares to deal with, including the customer service.

Ordered dining table set from Mio and they sent incomplete parts. It took weeks just to deal with the customer service, and haven't accepted the parts yet. The way to reach them is just another nightmare, from closing their telephone line ( so you'll always be connected to main Mio cust service), being ping ponged from one division to another, talked to several people, need to repeat the same thing, with no result.

Assembly is a huge issue from Mio furnitures, the holes for the screws are not symmetrical, some are few millimeter difference, very poor quality, you can see chipped wood here and there.

So yeah, look good outside, but poor quality products & terrible customer service. With that price point as well. HUGE...

MIO is just a joke of a company. First and last time when I’ll buy here. Ordered a carpet and a table with chairs for balcony to use now during summer. They were supposed to deliver in 3 weeks. Now I’m on the 7th week of waiting. Summer is almost gone and I don’t know if I’ll ever get the products because they don’t keep you updated. Going to IKEA to...
