Vapiano Stureplan — Restaurant in Stockholm

I have been eating here many many times and it has never been a problem. But today they burnt the garlic bread beyond recognition and the crust wasn’t a crisp crust it was coal so I asked the waitress to take it out. A few minutes later there comes a waiter and asks me what’s wrong with it.

So I pick the bread up and hit the crust to the plate. The bread is coal on the sides stiff as wood. He looks at me and asks again what’s wrong. So I tell him it’s not ate able. So I say I want a new one he says it’s nothing wrong with it and asks if I want him to make a new without having it in the owen. No I want it eatable and of course it should pass the owen. but not for as long as this one.

So in a very short time it comes a new one. I’m not surprised as he had that attitude but cutting of the crust is below all dignity.

And extra meat apparently means you still have to search for it.

I’d think twice before eating here. And I’ll now go to another Vapiano as this restaurant doesn’t cut the minimum level for being shack.

As per my tradition I always visit Vapiano whenever I see it in the new city. After all those visits, Stockholm was not exception and I choose to visit Vapiano for a light salad (Caesar).

The place is spacious as mostly in all countries and very bright. It was not full, most of the seats were empty, so I was free to choose my place. One side offered charging opportunities, while the other side was more like restaurant like.

I was welcomed at the entrance, in this Vapiano you order at the start and then you collect your food when it's ready.

The service was fast and pleasant and the dish was really good. Liked the swedish chicken, soft and tasty.

Definitely recommended for a quick bite in a pleasant atmosphere. I'm sure Pasta/Pizza options also taste amazing just like in...

Extremely small portions for the price which present for the customers. They are hiding the total weight of the product that you will receive after ordering. The Risotto frutto de mara - was sour, not fresh and almost without any seafood. It contained 6 shellfish shells, 2 lettuce shrimp the size of 1 centimeter and rice. This is a brazen and big deception of customers. To my regret, the pizza tasted like a dry tortilla topped with not fresh food from your fridge and dried to a crispy crust. This is absolutely not acceptable!😭 Extremely small and obscenely expensive drinks.
