Yamashiro sushi — Restaurant in Stockholm

I have been meaning to add a review for this sushi place. We have come here many times, as the host is the nicest person you can meet, the environment is cozy but unpretentious, and the food is ALWAYS SUPERB! If you come here during lunch, they have 99 SEK menu (about $10 for lunch), which is nearly unheard of in Stockholm. My favorite food of theirs - their sushi bowls. They are phenomenal, crafted with care, precision, superior taste and finesse. The lunch also includes complimentary miso soup and water. The key point is not only the quality of their ingredients, but CONSISTENCY. Something that we found lacking in other places - one time you order at a restaurant and it is great, another time, same dish, and it is so so... I would have never found this place but a friend pointed it out to me. It is sandwiched in between many other places on Sveavägen, and unless you are looking for it, you may never spot it on your own. It is of a narrow corridor shape. Food servings are generous, beautifully presented and VERY delicious....

Despite all the good reviews which I mostly agree, I can't give 4 or 5 stars because there's nothing special but the food is fine, the portion is normal, the price is understandable for Sveavägen, 99 sek for lunch, cheaper than some places.Something better from this place is, it is clean and nice waiter.
