After many years of not being able to see my family in Switzerland I was finally able to come home to visit! My sister took me to this place to get some coffee and…. WOW!!! I am sad I cannot give this place more stars! This place was absolutely amazing! It was so clean inside! I could literally take a white glove and swipe it across the counter!!
When I walked inside a young lady greeted me! It was so nice! I felt welcomed!! When I got up to the counter she asked me what I would like and waited very patiently for me to decide what I would like…. I sat there and stared at the menu what felt like AGES. The young lady then started to help me out with my decision. I had asked her what HER favorite drink is to make and OH MY!! Salted Caramel Frappiato! I was already amazed! I love salted Caramel! I asked her to make it for me….. IT LOOKED AMAZING AND TASTED JUST AS AMAZING!! I believe the young ladies name tag said Amy.. PLEASE GIVE THIS YOUNG LADY MY THANKS AGAIN!!

This was my first time going to Coffee Fellows in Bern, since I was visiting a far away friend of mine! We went together and let him order me a drink, I like surprises. I noticed how clean the place was!
He got me a nice latte macchiato, since that is my favourite. It was absolutely delicious. The taste, it was supreme! The person who helped us (with purple hair? Sorry didn't catch your name!) was so nice! Took the time to get our order right and served it right up, very professional! Absolutely fast and well done.
