Namamen — Restaurant in Bern

Sadly i cant even rate the food due to the fact that after waiting for 25 minutes and being ignored from all 3 staff members we didnt even get to order drinks. The restaurant had 3 other tables apart from us one was eating and one just got served. The table right next to ours got to order and the guy serving them was capable of going back to their table to chat about 3 times but totally ignored us. We tried to get their attention but after 25 minutes of not even ordering drinks I happily left. When we walked out it was like they didnt even care that they just lost customers. Yeah...

This is ALMOST a bowl of authentic ramen. The noodle is authentic, Ajitsuke egg is (if you can afford to pay 3.50 CHF per egg). The broth and other ingredients is an “almost”. Broth is the soul of ramen, and they didn’t spend the time doing it right. Too much flavor enhancement and not enough true soup preparation. Other ingredients are either off-proportion or don’t taste right. Also my daughter’s chicken topping was done totally wrong. It’s the little things that sells them out. Our visit to this restaurant was far from enjoyable. My husband and I ordered dishes, while our vegan family ( sister and brother in law) brought their own burgers. The waitress created unnecessary drama by claiming they couldn't eat their burgers even consuming things from this restaura. Attempting to cancel the order was met with false claims about it being prepared(impossible because we had arrived a few minutes ago) .
