Summer Beach Bern — Restaurant in Bern

We asked the lady who was in charge if there was any place free. She told us that some of the lounges are not reservated. So we were sitting there with some friends, waiting for the football game to begin. Then she came to us, that we have to leave the lounge, because a reservation came in.... So first it's free, but suddenly she gives the place to someone else?!? Doesn't works out for us. That was really rude. The price for one beer (8.- + 2.-deposit) is simply to much for this kinda bad service. Would not recommend this...

schreibe gerade aus dem summer beach. extrem schlechte bedienung und wollen obendrauf noch abzocken. der „barkeeper“ war total betrunken und hat nichts mehr verstanden. hat mich 4 mal gefragt was ich wollte und es waren gerade mal 2 drinks. musste 22.- CHF bezahlen und hat 45.- CHF im kartenlesegerät eingegeben und einfach die karte genommen und für mich gescannt. als ich ihn darauf angesprochen habe hat er obendrauf behauptet ich habe gar nicht bezahlen und ich soll nicht „stressen“ (seine worte). habe es dann seinem barkeeper kollege gesagt und der war auch nicht eine grosse hilfe und nach langem hin und her hat er mir ein teil des betrages zurück gegeben aber immer noch nicht was mir eig zustahnd. war kurz davor die polizei anzurufen den sowas ist unterste schublade! geben keine richtigen drinks raus, zocken ab und lassen besoffene angestellten arbeiten…NO GO!!!

kein ort zum empfehlen…war garantiert das...
