Great service, amazing flavours, good view from the terrace. We had the tasting menu with cocktails.
Cocktails go great with the food and everything from the vegetarian dishes to the lobster and foie gras were great experiences. Starting with the tuna tartar, seabass sashimi, salmon tataki and roasted scampi, we were already quite convinced. The Wagyu, however, might be the most boring item on the menu. The eggplant yuzu miso was an amazing side dish, while the shrimp coriander rice was less convincing. Mochis and mango pana cotta for dessert were great, can really recommend the hazelnut mochi.
It wasn't clear which waiter was responsible for us and we interacted with three different ones but that wasn't necessarily bad. Service all in all was great. Food arrived very swiftly. Don't miss out on the terrace, even in winter - ask for your coat and to be pointed in the right way.

Read moreThe restaurant looks nice and has great views. However, the quality and quantity of the food is rather average and does not justify the high prices. I found the service poor. The restaurant now has "two seatings", so while you pay a lot of money for a dinner, you are pushed to eat fast and free the table. The waiter was polite but also appeared stressed. The fact that you have to hurry up spoils the experience. There is also a 15 min "grace period", so if you are stuck in traffic and come too late, your table will be gone. There is a cancellation fee of 100 CHF ! These aggressive policies to make as much money as possible in an evening come at the cost of the customer experience and made us feel unwelcome. We will not go there again. If we are to spend 500 CHF for a dinner for two, we rather do that in a restaurant where we are welcome and can take our time to enjoy the food and...
Read moreAn exceptional experience. It starts by walking into the four season’s lobby, marble columns and floor with a delicate perfume of fresh flowers. The private lift gets you on the last floor and then you take a few more steps to discover one of the best rooftop location in the world. The view is simply stunning and offers you a 360 view of Geneva with its prized jet d’eau and pont du Mont Blanc just in front. But the real star here is the food. Everything was just spectacular so it’s tough to pick a favorite. The tuna tartare is perfectly balanced, the wagyu gyoza are spectacular, the dragon roll is a must have, the foie gras and truffle roll just blows you away taste wise and the black cod miso was just perfection. Desserts are also a delicacy with the most tasteful moshi mes I have...
