My wife and I recently dined at Le Bistrot des Arts, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff making us feel welcome and ensuring our evening was perfect.

The culinary highlight was undoubtedly the penne pasta with Gorgonzola sauce. It was a masterful dish, perfectly cooked, and the rich, creamy sauce was a delightful balance of flavors that left us savoring every bite. The fondue was nothing short of extraordinary. The quality of the ingredients were outstanding.

Beautiful setting, good selection of dishes, wonderful staff except for an older male server. I was with my 2 golden retrievers, my husband reserved and they knew about my dogs. The whole time the rest of the staff have been very accomodating except for this older man. He insisted to pass where my dog was resting and it was already narrow when the other side of the waiter station was clearly free and much space to pass. Nous sommes venus manger un samedi à 14h sur la terrasse de votre restaurant, situé dans le centre de Genève, et je tiens à partager mon expérience. Tout d’abord, je dois dire que le service était agréable : le personnel était accueillant et sympathique, ce qui a rendu l’ambiance plaisante. La terrasse est également un endroit sympathique pour profiter d’un repas. Cependant, le service était très lent, ce qui a un peu terni l’expérience, car nous avons attendu longtemps avant d’être servis. Côté nourriture, j’ai été très déçu par le plat que j’ai commandé. J’avais pris un cordon bleu, mais il m’a été servi froid, sans goût et pas du tout croustillant. On voyait bien qu’il n’était pas frais, et la texture était molle, ce qui est vraiment dommage pour un plat comme celui-ci. Les frites et la salade d’accompagnement étaient correctes, mais le cordon bleu a vraiment gâché l’expérience culinaire. En ce qui concerne les prix, ils sont corrects pour le centre de Genève, où l’on sait que les tarifs peuvent être élevés. Mais à ce prix, on s’attend à une meilleure qualité pour les plats.
