SAFRE — Restaurant in Geneva

The owner ( I suppose) was very attentive to the needs of the customers: I ordered a cocktail which was quite spicy and without saying a word, the barman came and adjusted it. The food was also extraordinary: not the expected chicken or eggs, but rather a great French oriented cuisine. The butter, the butternut katsu and the quiche...just simply delicious. I had the pleasure of having lunch recently at SAFRE and was truly impressed. The cuisine was excellent that didn’t compromise on quality and flavors. The terrace is also a beautiful spot — welcoming, and ideal for enjoying a great meal.
