waitress Kisanet was incredibly rude multiple times and was very, very, slow. The food is definitely not worth the wait. Nobody was in the restaurant and they made us wait to be seated. Kisanet avoided our table and when she finally brought the check, I told her that we are members, which gives us a 10% discount. Then, she scorned and said “Next time, first” which was impossible because she avoided our table. I told the other waiter we were members right when we sat down, but then he proceeded to ignore me and say we needed to tell someone else. For a dinner with my team, we reserved at Filini Zurich Airport because of the good transport connections for everybody.

Fabulous how the renovation has changed the space. Great ambiance and so much better than a meal in the fast food court of the airport. Prices are at Swiss general level and the service was unintrusive, friendly and efficient.
