I had the worst experience I have ever had in a cafe. The woman with the tongue piercing was horrible. I just asked her if I could order something and she replied with a very bad attitude that I should look at the board there, it was self service. Then I said sorry I hadn't seen it. Then I ordered a "schorle" (a mix of juice and sparkling water) in German and she literally just gave me a caffee! Then I told her I had ordered a schorle and she said I hadn't pronounced the word right. But how can you just give me a coffee?! Schorle sounds completely different from coffee. She did it on purpose. I understand that sometimes people serve with a bad attitude, but to do things completely wrong on purpose is just...

I really like this cafe. In fact, it's my favourite in Luzern. So why only 4 stars? Well, every time I come here I order a flat white with oat milk. Of the last 4 visits, 3 times they made my coffee using dairy milk, not with the oat substitute. Fortunately I am not allergic to milk products, otherwise this could have been serious. The fact that the staff have 3/4 got this wrong is quite concerning. I hope the managers can emphasise how important it is to not...

Great coffee shop. Nice and welcoming atmosphere. The staff member was kind and communicated well. Self-service style. Enough space on the upper floors and outside.

Offers a beautiful view of the lake main intersection. It was very quiet in the evening and the music was soothing and calming.

Beautiful design and great choice of furniture and cutlery, crockery, music, and plants.
