As is unfortunately the case with many vegan options, this is another bluff. The vegan label sells well, even if it is pure advertising, as we know. Although at its core veganism wants to reduce ruthless consumption and the resulting natural disaster, in this shop business comes first. But then again, what is the point of all this discourse, if they can't even integrate diabetics and real workers into their ecological fantasy? Sweetener (stevia, xylit, whatever) if you are diabetic? Forget it. Lunch-check Karte? "No, we don't accept that card!" Which is the card that has historically served to support workers, of course they don't care! Vegan cappuccino with cow's milk? No problem! Sparkling water? In a bottle, which would be perfect if everything was minimally coherent to avoid the abuse of plastic in everything else. And what's more, 4 francs, not including the depot! I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte at 9:10 AM and inquired about the available vegan milk options. The barista responded with a single word: “Oat.” No further explanation or courtesy was offered. He then repeatedly instructed the cashier to process my payment without any additional interaction.

Unfortunately, the Iced Matcha Latte was poorly prepared—full of clumps and overwhelmingly tasting of milk, with no discernible matcha flavor. I returned to the counter to provide feedback, but neither the barista nor the staff said a word. The barista simply took the drink and set it aside without any acknowledgment or apology.

Bad experience. Once I ordered normal cappuccino to go. What I received tasted mildly of kurkuma. It was not a wrong order (the place offers kurkuma Latte) but I think ingredients were mixed up or tools used for preparing cappuccino not properly cleaned from previous use and transferred the spice. Second attempt another failure. The place is in the train station in an aisle between stairs to the trains's platforms. One person was in line to wait his order to be prepared and 2 people at the desk. In 10 minutes they were not able to help :(. I left to catch my train without being able to order. I realized just now the place claims to be 100% vegan. I wonder what was inside instead of milk and why, if it is a real vegan, they neither inform nor use fancy name like 'vegan...
