Horrible service, Overcharged & even Worse Management!!
On Aug. 23rd 2023, was last nigh of our two weeks European vacation end up in Vito (Europaallee 4 8004 Zurich) for dinner. I try to make this story short: No English menu, no wifi so rely on waitress names Nadia, asked for recommendation, said order mix three kind and we asked " can two of us finish it" she said yes. Also I asked do you have Sangria? she said no, then I asked for something similar, she said Negroni (didn't know what was that). Drink came, a bitter hard liquor. Pizza came (see photo) more than a meter long! we asked from the person who brought it, is it for two people? she said no its good for four. Upset with how we got treated. Nadia brought the bill, I asked her "you didn't asked us how was our experience?! would you interested to know?" she said " actually I am Not"!!! I said, ok so bring someone who cares, I like to speak with your manager. Then Ms. Ayana showed up with already guard up attitude. I started with " I am going to pay the full amount" but I like to complain about how we got over sold with pizza and wrong advise from your staff and even she doesn't wants to hear it. She was going on and on to turn the table around to prove all that was our mistake. From her accent I said you seems British and you should do good "Customer Service" in your country, then she said " Not Really". At that point I didn’t even looked at her and just said bring me the bill.
Our bill for two for One pizza and One drink was 78 franks ($88 USD). Horrible service, Overcharged & even Worse Management!!

Tonight I had ordered pizza from VITO and had already paid for it through an app. The pick up time was supposed to be at 22:15 and at 21:40 the lady in the cashier decided to change the pick up time to 21:50 (so in just 10 minutes after the change). When I went there to pick up my food, she was extremely rude and ironic with me for pointing out the sudden and last minute change of time. On top of that she was asking me to pay her cash, while this is not allowed according to the app I used to order food and given that I had already paid for it anyways. When I took my phone to show her proof of the payment she could not wait for 10 seconds and rushed to ignore me and shouted "next" with zero politeness. I understand she wanted to be done, but it is unacceptable to treat customers who are giving you their money as if you are doing them a favour! Read moreThe pizzas are usually great for the price and the place is really nice, in general the service and communication is good.
However I was disappointed today with the way the staff/server woman spoke to me when I asked to see what the different pizza sizes they offer look like. She told me in a very direct way to turn around and look behind me at the sign with the pizza sizes. Now I understand that she must get this question a lot but I asked because I thought she would show me the sizes on the real pizza so that I get a better idea of the size options... Instead it sounded quite disrespectful as I had to turn around and try and go around people to see some sign when she could have just showed me the sizes in 3seconds and understand that I might have checked that sign already.. And yes she might have had a long day, but so do your customers.
On top of that one of the two pizza's crust was a bit too dark and a lot of the dough...
