I had a very bad and terrible experience tonight. We bought beers and were sitting at a table without any sign for reservation. But suddenly the manager came to us and asked us to leave because the table was reserved. I was trying to argue that they should put a sign indicating the table was reserved. BUT THE MANAGER WAS KIND OF YELLING TO ME, saying ‘I allowed you to sit here and to study with laptops which is not allowed to! Do you still want to teach me how to do my job?!’ He is so rude and I have never seen a staff working at ETH behaving like this!!! There are also other students studying and I think he has no rights to infer what I am doing there(I bought his beers!)! I am planning to write an email to ETH and I will definitely call the...

They have this thing called a 'deposit,' and here's how it's supposed to work (or not work, which would be more accurate). You give them 10 CHF for the pitcher as a deposit, and when you return the pitcher, they're supposed to give your money back. But the funny thing is, it's been over a week and I still haven't received my money. Great business model. Keep up the scam.

Update: I contacted them personally as was proposed, and they returned the money to my bank account. In other aspects, the bar is good. The are lots of students and a great view...

I am reading through the comments of those who gave a 1-star rating and it is obvious to me that they are just trying to bully the staff at bQm.
