A bite of the well known Ticino brand in Zurich. Good and cured Italian cuisine: cacio e pepe was al dente, tasty and creamy. Ravioli from the lunch menu were delicate inside and very well paired with the meaty sauce dressing. Coffees… very good! Location is cozy, furnished trying to either to reproduce a street atmosphere with vintage shop signs and to show the Ticinese origin of the brand (many nice posters hanging on the walls). Some products of the gabbani brand are exhibited on the shelves (jams and panettoni). I hope the restaurant will be soon accompanied by a food shop like in Lugano. This restaurant needs to grow a lot in order to get even close to the...

It consist of a chill out bar area seating area as well as a more fine dining ambience area. Both spaces have a good hint of the fun elements. I had the Ravoli and it was one of the nicest I had! Normally Ravoli size is rather big in pieces but the one in Gabbani was so cute bite size which is perfect for my personal liking ~ no cutting required. Nevertheless, the pasta from Gabbani is freshly made.
Fresh pasta is...
