Hello, Unfortunately, Soujanya cannot reply to your response to her review, so I will do it here. The prices are reasonable for scoops, not for boxes. To talk with numbers, we have found places (plural) with ~ half the price for boxes. As for the quality, this is objective, but we honestly both though that it simply does not justify the price. An average rating of 4.8 with 1000+ reviews means exceptional quality all around the world, and this is not what we found. We indeed entered at 22:50 and not 22:45 as Soujanya initially wrote. This is still 10 minutes before closing time (on a Friday night no less). She started looking at the chocolate flavor which was taken away in front of her eyes. This is what we both found impolite. Also, you mistakenly mention that it was only this "small" case that it was taken away. This is simply inaccurate: your display is divided in two parts, and the whole right part was closed at 22:50. So 50% of the flavors were not available. Chocolate was just the last one to be taken away. And to be specific, the only flavors available were the uncommon ones (e.g. parmesan), not chocolate or vanilla. Lastly, of course we cannot know what happened before. In the same way, you cannot know what we went through before we came. Lovely gelato, with a good mixture of traditional (chocolate, stracciatella, strawberry) flavours and more adventurous ones (popcorn, carrot cake, black sesame). You get your (normal sized) scoops plus a tiny one on top as a sample, which is great to try and discover new flavours, plus it does make for a pretty distinctive looking ice cream!
