Objectively the worst service ever. Lady at the counter started making the first drink before listening to our full order, had her back turned to us and chatting with another colleague the whole time. She didn’t want to key our order in until the end, so made 2/4 drinks then said she forgot what else we ordered but wouldn’t let us remind her of the next 2 together, wanted them 1 by 1 (they were the same drink. we ordered 3 flat whites and a chai latte which was made 1st). Insisted they’d serve to the table together but how would that happen if she was only willing to take the drink order 1 by 1? First 2 drinks were already going cold before she started on the 3rd and she wouldn’t let us take the 2 back to the table ourselves.

I understand that drinks have to be made one at a time, but if you’re insistent on serving them, at least key them all into the system to take the full order and then make all and serve. Instead we stood at the cashier to name each drink as she finished making the previous one, and she ended up keying in all the orders and getting payment after the third drink so the last one was hot and the...

Ordered initially in English, waiter mistook it as German and asked what size I wanted for my coffee. I responded in German and then he asked another question again in German and I did not understand and replied incorrectly. He then proceeded to laugh directly in my face and told me "don't bother if you can't speak German...". When I told him I did in fact speak some German and that it was actually him who misunderstood my initial language, he proceeded to lecture me on my linguistic skills. I raised with him politely that that is not a nice thing to say to someone who is actively trying to speak the language of the country AND who was not wanting to make the assumption that all waiters speak English. He proceeded to say "goodbye, goodbye" and instantly dismissed my concerns with his demeaning response. Is this really how you treat your customers?...

A typical over priced establishment living off the idea of being "exclusive". However, there is nothing extra nice here, apart from perhaps the chairs outside.

The service is borderline rude, the signs are wrong, food is too salty. But most of all, they don't know how to make a flat white. I mean sure, it's Switzerland, but you have internet right? At least google "how to make flat white" before selling it for 10 euro. I can wait.

Actually no, there are other places to go to. Burger king...
