I usually take away my order from Kaimug HB, always pad thai and shrimps. I dont really check what is in the bag, I trust they got it right. Every time though there is a mistake, either less shrimps, no lime, veggie version instead of chicken and so on... So yestreday evening I decided to check the packages before exiting. Again, no bean sprouts in any of the packages. When I asked, I was told they ran out. Fair enough but tell me this in advance, after all I was charged the full amount. The employee seemed quite annoyed even! Anyway then I told them that also no lime was in the bag. At that point the employee became irritated and told me they also ran out of limes. In the end another one calmer interfered and the limes were found at last. My review, too much drama everytime for something so simple! Food is decent by the way, but I will not buy again due to poor...
Read moreWe have been a constant customer at Kaimug across many branches over the years. The staff at Zurich Hb this particular branch are very rude who yelled at us for asking them to keep the fried prawn separate from the veg rice as my partner and I were sharing the combo, the request was mainly with me being vegetarian. All they could have done is kept the fried prawn in couple of tissues as we were dining in. We mainly didn’t want it in the same rice portion. Instead we were yelled at by the lady who served us. We asked if there was a Manager we could speak to, they were unwilling to share any details of who manages the place.
This place is such a shame to the prime location it is situated in given the number of people who will get to experience this rude and...

Actually the meal is still warm after a 35 minutes train plus bus ride. The curry doesn't look very red which misled me a bit. But it actually has the kick / spiciness that surprised (positively) me. Another interesting fact that I noted as well : it doesn't have the standard thai aubergines and beans that you found in other thai takeaways but fresh pineapple pieces, which brings some refreshing sour taste. A...
