Absolutely Disappointing Sushi Experience

To begin, the service was horrendous. Waiting for an hour for food is inexcusable in a well-run establishment, but to wait this long for subpar sushi is absolutely insulting. The complete disregard for our time was evident and set a somber tone for the entire meal.

The sushi itself was a disaster. A staple of any good sushi is the careful construction of the roll and the freshness of the ingredients. This was clearly lost in translation at this restaurant. The rolls were not only poorly constructed but also fell apart upon touch, making it messy and inconvenient to eat.

The rice, which is supposed to be the heart and soul of the sushi, was an absolute catastrophe. It was dry, not freshly prepared, and lacked the stickiness that is a trademark of sushi rice. It's obvious that the establishment doesn't comprehend the art of preparing sushi rice or the importance it plays in the entire...

I visited this place with my family and friend for a farewell lunch, on Sunday afternoon. Five of us had a good time here.

1. The food met our taste, it was so yumm! We ordered various menu from starter to dessert. And all of them just perfect, nothing dissapoint us.
2. The staff also very friendly. She is responsive, can speak English, and help us with menu options
3. Nice ambience and cozy place
4. Kids friendly, even they were not offering any special treat for kids (free drink thou) but my sons enjoy the meal and love the ambience
5. Very clean and smell good rest room
6. They have gift voucher service and this is such a good idea if you would like to give it as a present to someone who love to eat sushi
7. Reasonable price. We love the business lunch menu, that was so worthy. We ordered all of these (in the pictures), starter (ebi tempura and edamame), take away two sushi menu, and drinks for 180 CHF

I recently visited this restaurant, and while the food was truly great – the sushi was delicious – the atmosphere was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, there was confusion regarding our reservation, and instead of resolving it calmly, the staff member at the front was quite unfriendly. He insisted we were sitting in the wrong spot, despite the restaurant being completely empty, and refused to give us a table. Later, another staff member finally understood the situation and explained that there was no table available in a completely empty restaurant.

Although they eventually solved the issue, we were told we had to leave within an hour and 15 minutes, which led us to quickly order and rush through the meal. It was a shame, especially since we were celebrating a birthday. The sushi was great, but the poor service and negative atmosphere made this the last time we’ll be visiting. The vibe was just...
