Plant-based/vegan customers beware! I went here for lunch and was disappointed to see that their menu, which is mostly salad bowls, does not list the ingredients, namely those in the sauces, nor do they include any vegan labeled salads. When I asked about the ingredients in the dressings, the staff members simply pointed to the name of the dressing and said "yes, that's what's in it." They were clueless when it came to the ingredients used in their "healthy" food, not a good sign. In order to make my salad vegan, I ordered it without dressing and was then brought a salad with dressing. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they said that I should have ordered it without dressing (!). So all around disappointing customer service. On top of that, the salad that I had was roughly 15 CHF for the "large" portion, which I found to be very pricey when considering the relatively small size and the fact that the additional toppings were...

Long overdue, but I couldn't help but to scroll through my photo storage today, and found this gem. The "salted" croissant- it was probably the 2nd best croissant I've ever had (the first one, was also in Switzerland, and no where did any of the 3 butter croissants I had in France come close). Had to have 2 like a true Fatty (The Swiss will never understand American Gluttony). The counter staff put the first one on a plate, and with a confused look, paced one in a bag for me, presumably to go. I ate them both there, sitting at the bar stool counter right in front of the public metro pathway stairs. Generously sized...

The attitude of the lady at the patisserie counter was simply put racist. We come from London and we do speak English as our work language. The lady at the counter today didn’t speak English well but the way she treated us is as if we couldn’t understand her. She was basically rolling her eyes at us just because she couldn’t understand me when I requested a bag. Very disappointing experience at Zurich which is supposed to be an international city that deals with international clientele all the time. If I were the manager of the store, I would not tolerate this behavior of her....
