Angefangen hat der abend damit, dass man bevor man am tisch angekommen ist, erstmal auf den nachnamen angesprochen wird und nachfragt ob die vermutung den richtig sei, dass man von xy sei...Diskretion ist also schonmal kein thema. Als wir dann bestellten kam die vorspeise nach ca. 3 minuten an den tisch. Nicht die zeitspanne die ich mir in so einem lokal in dieser preiskategorie für einen gemütlichen abend vorstelle. Wiederrum ca. 5 minuten nachdem die vorspeise abgeräumt wurde, standen auch schon zwei kellner mit der hauptspeise da. Ich fragte, ob man es heute eilig hätte worauf die kellner wohl bemerkt haben, dass es alles etwas zu schnell geht. Die vermutung liegt daher nahe, dass euer essen nicht à la minute (würde ich erwarten für diesen preis) zubereitet wird. Es wurde dann angeboten, das man die teller zurücknimmt. Ich möchte garnicht wissen, wie die traurige laufbahn dieser teller weitergegangen wäre, wenn ich das essen hätte zurückgehen lassen. Wir wurden daraufhin den ganzen abend praktisch ignoriert. Die flasche wein musste ich mir komplett selber nachschenken während dies am nebentisch nicht der fall war. Keine nachfrage ob das essen schmeckt, kein weiterer wirklicher kontakt den ich im rahmen eines professionellen services erwarten würde. Als wir einen nachspeise verlangten wurde uns zwar die karte gebracht, es schien aber so, als wurde dann vergessen, das man dann als folgeschritt auch eine bestellung aufnehmen müsste. Keine geste in form von kaffee auf das haus. Keine verabschiedung an der tür. Im gegenteil, der chef de service sah, dass wir das lokal verlassen und schien hinter dem tresen zu verschwinden. Es sollte ein schöner abend werden. Ich wurde selten so enttäuscht und vorallem so konsequent vom service ignoriert. Der service scheint sich zudem nicht bewusst zu sein, dass eine gewisse klasse in form von anstand, als auch von aufmerksamkeit geboten werden sollte. Ich rede von euch beiden. Wir gehen das nächste mal wieder woanders hin, da ihr ja gemerkt habt das wir keine freude hatten aber euch gleichzeitig nicht verantwortlich gefühlt habt irgendetwas daran zu ändern. Ihr seid ja eine institution in zürich und ihr habt es nicht nötig das ich nochmal vorbeikomme. Daher bitte auch keine entschuldigung. Danke für den "netten" abend. Ach ja, das essen war ganz in Ordnung....
