FuCun Coffee — Restaurant in Beitou

While staying for a night, I found a highly-rated coffee shop and decided to visit. The owner was incredibly elegant and kind, but we had a hard time communicating. Luckily, some women drinking wine at the next table helped me out, and I was finally able to order.

That's when I discovered they only accepted cash or LINE Pay. When I asked where the nearest ATM was, the owner just smiled and said I didn't have to pay. Of course, I told her that was out of the question and ended up signing up for LINE Pay on the spot just to pay her.

Nice and lovely place to have a great cup of coffee! It is inside Wellcome Supermart 顶好, just a corner in the supermart. The owner is a couple that has been in this business many for many years. They are friendly and nice to talk with. They serve good fresh coffee beans and they make very good coffee. You can choose the beans you want, there are many choics. They sell coffee beans too. Every once in a while, I find those little gems in life in the most serendipitous way, but it always puts a smile on my face. This time is no exception - after all, who’d expect to encounter a secret coffee master awaiting in a Carrefour?

I was attracted by the wide array of coffee apparatus on display and decided to try the Geisha and Blue Mountain. Both were prepared using the siphon maker, and I thoroughly enjoyed the aroma and flavor of both, a true taste of brilliance.
