This right here is what fried chicken should be! Savoury, well seasoned, crunchy, not greasy but incredibly juicy, cooked to perfection!! It's a pleasure I can highly recommend if you find yourself in Taipei. The place is just next to the Beitou Market and its as local as it gets! There can sometimes be a queue but the workers move very fast and provide really good service. The prices are very good and menu includes their amazing fried chicken but they also have a greater selction of everything including octopus and sweet potato fries (both of which I highly recommend too!)

The wait wasn’t long, service was quick and friendly. You can select what you want as they display them in front (or google translate the menu). They sell fried chicken wings, chicken chop, chicken popcorn, sweet potato, squid etc.

We had the chicken chop which was large. Upon choosing, they will refry to heat it up for you. You can opt for pepper and chilli flakes for spiciness.
