In a touristy part of town. If you like quality tea this is for you. Cute decoration and friendly service. We tried the crazy unique fish mullet roe oolong tea and that was pretty insane. It's got good tea covered with cream foam but the dried fish roe pieces were kind of fishy at the end. It's kind of like sea salt cream tea. If you're adventurous you gotta try this! I bought the Mango Panna Cotta they had on the poster which reminds me of the drink at Macu 楊枝甘露. Their overall branding designs are top notch, but the Mango drink I had was ok so-so. As a Taiwanese local, I like the shop even it's a bit expensive compared to other shops. They offer so many different kinds of drinks with cute names on it.
