A fun dim sum restaurant with cute novelty dishes. The food is good, the service is fast and polite. This is not a fine dining experience and you shouldn’t expect the food to be that style. Some things were very nice - the crispy shrimp role was a particular highlight. To be honest the dishes that we enjoyed most at Dim Dim Sum were shrimp based. I’m still preferrd old style dimsun will be more attractive.One more things made me felt unqualified was that the waitress and waiters didn’t have enough customer service training cause while I talking to my friend they were keep disturbing us and last mins said “sorry we only can use 90 mins of the meal time” . I thought they should tell customer at the first time . Anyway I just felt they are pretty ruch us the leave.

Probably the most mediocre dimsum I've ever had even in Hsinchu. Not many options on the menu and the food's quite disappointing. Lo mein was greasy and the chicken wasn't fresh.
