2023/08/12用餐，來參加婚宴~大部分都很好吃，選餐者很會挑~以下就吃到的餐點作主觀評論： 1、塩焗肥雞：真的滿鹹的，雞肉偏柴，這道第一道上但到最後還是有剩。 2、👍果律海大蝦：好吃，就是鳳梨蝦球，蝦子很Q彈，增添甜味的美乃滋給量適當薄薄一層而已，不會膩口。 3、👍手工香酥花枝蝦餅：很像月亮蝦餅~外皮酥脆，內餡口感厚實帶勁，沒有醬汁可沾但調味已足夠。 4、👍麻油杏鮑松阪豬：好吃~麻油香氣濃郁，松阪豬富有彈度，可惜肉的分量不多，一人2片就沒了QQ 5、👍白灼無骨牛拼香檳骨：牛肉片很滑嫩，搭配豆芽菜一同咀嚼可以增加口感豐富度，糖醋排骨微甜微酸不柴好吃。 6、秘製涼肉双拼：白豬肉片跟香腸臘腸都偏鹹，如果配白飯一定很合適 7、韭黃鱔魚：魚肉竟然是帶Q度的，大配大量的蒜頭去燴汁達成一定的濃稠度，也是下飯的餐點~ 8、👍富貴雙方：餅乾單吃超油，但配蜜汁培根和餅皮後變成酥脆好吃的主角，鹹甜交錯，好吃。 9、季節時蔬：是皇宮菜，沒有煮到發苦就滿足了。 10、酥炸銀絲卷：外酥內蓬鬆~原本想吃一整條，但一想到熱量就只吃一塊了QQ 11、陶芳燉湯：山藥排骨湯，湯頭清爽，排骨燉得不夠軟爛，山藥香氣十足。 12、甜品+水果：是沒有撒椰子粉的椰子涼糕！痛哭流涕，椰子粉極度難吃還好沒撒，QQ彈彈的涼糕椰香味清爽~ 🏡環境：2樓靠窗區可以看到人來人往，直接在樓上打招呼還滿有趣的。 💁服務：沒什麼機會體驗到 結論：吃到的餐點大部分都不錯，最喜歡的是沒有椰子粉的涼糕~

I was vary FORTUNATE to be able to eat there one time. The food was outstanding. I wished I was able to stay in HsinChu City for 30 some days. So I can dined there for lunch and dinner for 30 days. To me the place has modern decor. Kinda fancy. But the FOOD. its always about the FOOD. You can't eat Decor. With eating that FOOD in that Restaurant nothing...
