Not bad.

Sausage is the best one.

Other meats not too flavourful but still nice compared to some that overdo the seasoning.

來宜蘭旅遊，終於吃到［頭城老街］40年代傳統古早味，宜蘭三寶：糕渣、卜肉、糟餅。宜蘭國宴美食也有介紹。 宜蘭有不少在地名產可當伴手禮（お土産）：金棗、牛舌餅、鴨賞、蜜餞、羊羹、膽肝、三星蔥，宜蘭餅等.....，但小吃類的這三寶就得到宜蘭才吃得到。 ★糕渣 糕渣是以雞胸肉熬湯瀝清，並將赤肉和鮮蝦仁剁碎，再將肉泥、高湯、雞油加太白粉放入鍋中，以小火邊煮邊攪拌約一小時，待其冷卻凝固再切塊油炸，等糕渣呈金黃色即可撈起。 ★糟餅 桔餅和冬瓜糖、豬脂肪、麵粉、鴨蛋攪拌後，用豆皮捲成條狀，先蒸熟待冷卻後切成菱型再油炸(溫度約三十度即可)，糟餅屬甜點類。 ★卜肉 卜肉是從閩南語音「樸肉 Pok bah」直接翻譯成國語 使用豬里肌肉裹上蛋、糖、鹽、太白粉、麵粉入鍋油炸，吃起來香香甜甜的。 小春糕渣、卜肉、照燒皮蛋，榮獲2020年第一屆宜蘭勁好Top10 十大好食。 總店：羅東夜市（康是美外攤） 分店：頭城夜市（礁溪店）
