I was told by my tour guide about this local kept secret chinese bakery... it's amazing. They sell chinese cookies such pineapple cookies. They also sell different type of sweet and savoury breads. However, my focus was on their specialties which are Panna Cotta and Mille-feuille rolls. They are quite unique as the Panna Cotta and Mille-feuille are wrapped in a sponge cake. Imagine the softness of the spongecake against the crunchy Mille-feuille pastry... yum! They have different flavour too such as taro, chocolate and original. Another heavy weight contender in the hot spring district. This bakery has fresh baked items daily. Definitely a must try. Great gifts to bring back home if you’re a tourist. Prices are very reasonable and fair.

My dad bought their famous ox tongue pastry. No, there’s no ox tongue in the product, it’s just shaped and named that way.

Our amazing tour guide treated us to a panna cotta cake roll. The centre of that roll wasn’t too sweet and the quality is very good. It is absolutely delicious.

A must stop shop if you're in Jiao Xi. Came here twice in my 2 day trip here! It doubles as a snack shop for souvenirs as well as a bakery, and both of which are very well coordinated. Only take out allowed. No dining in.
