Excellent coffee and hospitality.

Visited this cafe a few weeks ago on a rainy day. It's a short walk from the mrt station, located at the corner of a row of houses. Inside, it is quiet and relaxing. 內用的氣氛很好，播放著讓人心情放鬆的音樂，也有放置可自由取閱的多種書籍，有品嘗到的甜點和飲品也都在水準之上，讓人感受出用心，惟今日用餐服務體驗不好，包含： 在228下午三點左右造訪，是最繁忙的時候，但入座後店員完全沒有提供菜單，也沒告知要去櫃台看菜單，直到我們自己去櫃台後才發現只有手寫的兩份小菜單，自己拍照回來後再和朋友一起看 我們點了四杯飲品，四份餐點，大概10分鐘左右上了第一份蛋糕，30分鐘後上了第一杯飲品，40分鐘後上了第二第三杯飲品，45分鐘後上了第二份蛋糕，60分鐘後上了第四杯飲品，還有兩份餐點（燉菜和義大利脆餅）在我們詢問後店家才說都還沒開始準備，所以我們就請店家取消了

現場觀察下來，覺得店家在飲品和餐點準備上有點沒系統，所以才會發生每個飲品餐點都間隔很久的情況，甚至都過了一小時還有餐點還沒開始準備，因我們去的時候人很多，本來就有預期會要等個半小時以上，所以也沒有想催促店家，但在這過程中也完全沒有店員來說明情況，告知可能還要等多久或需不需要取消，甚至當我們聽到餐點還沒準備跟店家直接取消時也沒有感受到店家有不好意思或是重視這件事...
