Service was great, Food looked amazing, but was lacking in flavor...quite bland. The tofu with black vinegar sauce had sooo very much vinegar in it that it was almost inedible...very unbalanced. The unagi (eel) was almost tasteless the flavor hardly noticeable....and the small vegetable side dish tasted like it had gone off. A real shame. The last time we went, the food was great. I really hope it was just a bad day for chef today, and...

This place is terrible, food is not good and overpriced, the chicken tasted old and unagi was not fresh and full of bones.. the service was cold and nonexistent.. will not go again, haven’t had such a bad experience at a restaurant in a very very very long time. save your money,...

A Japanese cuisine chain restaurant. You can order dishes through iPads on the table by yourself. Don katsu is tasty. Rice and preserved vegetables can refill for free. If you bring kids to this restaurant, they'll offer crayons and printed paper for drawing. Staff are friendly...

第一次看到這家日本餐的名字，想像熟悉「草間彌生」的人一定和我一樣，馬上就做起了關聯聯想。而當然，兩者其實毫無關係。 我光顧的彌生軒，是淡水捷運站對面的大都會廣場分店。空間不大，但每個座位可說舒服。座位取分別有沙發格局及一般用餐木桌椅兩大型。位於購物商場的五樓，同一樓層還有壽司店及三商巧福。 打開Menu看價格，這可是中等價位的日本餐。除了壽司，幾乎一版日本餐都可以在這裡找到，當然不包含懷石料理啦！ 關於YAYOI彌生軒： 繼承日本自古以來的飲食文化 日本自古以來便有「一湯三菜」的說法。 指的是每餐除了米飯，要有湯和三樣配菜（一項主菜與兩種副菜），一年四季、採用符合當季時令食材，均衡地獲取營養，這也是日本飲食生活的基礎。 和洋兼容的飲食文化──彌生軒的緣起 明治維新後，西洋飲食文化與各種文明一同傳入日本，逐漸地與日本當地飲食文化融合。 西元一八八六年，日本正值和洋文化融合的轉換期，西洋料理店「彌生軒」在東京．茅場町開張了，結合了日本與西洋飲食文化，創造出全新「食」的世界，這也是日本現代飲食文化的源頭。 提供「定食」的彌生軒 彌生軒提供的是「定食」──以新鮮、剛出鍋的米飯為中心，加上主菜、副菜和湯所構成的組合。 我們希望能傳承富含日本飲食智慧的「定食」文化，從「彌生軒」到「YAYOI」，持續向全世界展現美味日本定食文化的魅力。
