passed by this place so many times, and it's always crowded. not one for crowds or lines, so I've never been. but LNY eve, for once the place was pretty empty, so decided to pop in and finally see what it's all about. was a beautiful, sunny day, so instead of having hot matcha or teas, i decided to have a sundae! why not!

this was a 2-flavored ice cream sundae with strawberry on one side and matcha on another. the strawberry was a bit icy and not as creamy, but still good. the matcha flavor was more subdued, i think overpowered by the strawberry flavor. would've liked to taste more match, so maybe next time will just get the matcha ice cream. the layers were granola, pudding (or custard), red bean, sweet tofu, and some kind of chewy mochi balls. overall was enjoyable, and filling.

Don’t go here. Staff will kick you out of the store if you dont buy more than 1 ice cream.

Me and my partner went for ice cream and we wanted to share one since we didnt feel like anything else plus they had limited items in the menu back then and mist of things are out (it wasnt that late in the day) and the staff came to our table rudely telling us to leave or buy something else bc its one item minimum per person and did not leave our table while having a rude attitude till we leave. VERY bad for business and RUDE to new customers. This shop sucks and horrible, please close and open a nicer shop that isnt overpriced for...

Couldn’t taste the matcha!! Ordered the mixed uji matcha sundae which cost NT $170 which is approx £4.20. I’m guessing the other ice cream flavor was melon as that was all I could taste. The melon flavor was overpowering and tasted quite artificial. Couldn’t taste the matcha flavor at all!! So disappointing for a matcha dessert cafe. The mochi balls, tofu pudding (dou hua), and red beans were all pleasant. It was just a shame that there was no real matcha flavour. It also became too sweet towards the end.
