STARBUCKS Tamsui Store — Restaurant in New Taipei

I've been to this Starbucks twice before and had wonderful experiences both times however today my order was placed incorrectly and when we got the correct drink ordered the price was incorrect and the barista was a lot less friendly compared to the prior two times. I might have sensed some attitude even. It was probably a one star experience but I wanted to consider the other two times. My order was placed at 7:33am on May 29. Usually in the States I would write customer service but I'm not sure how it works in Taiwan. I hope the friendly/good service can be maintained...

Air conditioned, 4 or 5 floors, chairs and couches, friendly staff. There's a place to leave trash on every floor that the staff comes around and picks up (instead of a garbage can). There's also napkins, stirrers, straws and chocolate and vanilla powder on every floor. To get wifi you need a Taiwanese phone number (only one, to set it up) then you should be able to use that log in information at all of the Starbucks' around taiwan.
