We tried most of the stuff on the menu and everyone seems to be satisfied. Weekend there are 2 lines, inside for dining in and outside for togo. The worker there helped us get a seat for 4 soon. For 4 people order it was about 300 NT Here is what we ordered 3x A-gei w spicy 2x combo soup 2x cold soy milk 1x toast : for kid For the A-gei by itself is worth the trip. Only negative is no AC, but the store ensures that there are fans...

Me and my friend tried A-gei and tempura. The taste of those foods were great. The foods in this restaurant are specially made for local people of Tamsui. But being an outsider, if you wanna try the local foods of Tamsui must give a try. The prices are...

2024.07.23 再訪三姊妹阿給 某天晚上，突然想起真理街三姊妹阿給那深藏在心中懷念的的美味，於是乎本日清晨起床，來了一場說走就走的旅程。 淡水捷運站下車後，雖然有公車，但我心血來潮徒步前往目的地，每一步乳酸累積的些微痛楚，喚醒了我曾在淡水參與生活過的痕跡，兒時父母帶我去老街或紅毛城的回憶、或是成年後參與微電影跟ＭＶ拍攝的幕後人員、或是去保齡球館練球、帶家中長輩去參觀廟宇的點點滴滴一一浮現。 一公里的徒步路程，不長也不短，在最後那一小段有如好漢坡陡峭的柏油路後，三姊妹阿給的招牌映入我的眼簾，老闆娘們熟悉又親切的招呼，進入店內有如進入了自己家，點餐區牆上貼著熟悉的菜單，用餐區貼著相關的剪報及相關介紹，冷藏外帶回去復熱享用的需知，沒有過多的規矩，一切都是如此自然。慣例我點了一份阿給跟一份甜不辣： 阿給：阿給的調醬可以調辣度，我是點小辣的，碩大阿給的身上跟四周淋上不少了甜鹹又有點辣的調醬。就算逐漸漲到一顆４５元，阿給份量始終沒有縮水令我感動，拿起湯匙輕壓阿給，紮實又略有力道的回彈，彷彿有種阿嬤覺得你餓，就是要真材實料的證明，用湯匙切開後，終於顯現出內在的全貌，阿給裡面的冬粉，沒有因為加熱跟醬汁的入侵而軟爛，線條分明，吃進嘴裡，豆腐皮、封口的魚漿、跟咬下去會彈牙的冬粉組成了美味的旋律，直到最後一口，原本以為略多的醬汁卻能在冬粉慢慢吸收的情況下，吃下最後一口阿給碗內一乾二淨沒有多餘，這就是滿足的感覺吧。 甜不辣（點來當配角的，我個人愛吃）：調醬類似阿給的醬，料也相當實在，蘿蔔軟爛的程度剛剛好不會太爛，多汁又能輕鬆入口，我很喜歡。 享用完餐點後，稍微跟老闆娘們打招呼寒喧了一下，想起如今家中的長輩也開始覺得淡水有點遠，而不再跟我一起來吃阿給後，總是覺得有點遺憾，但我還能抽空自己久久來一次吃那令人想念的阿給，也是一種幸福吧，謝謝三姊妹阿給帶來如此有溫度的餐點，也希望老闆們身體健康，持續的製作這經典的美食！
