一鰻～美村匠人味自慢，唯一鰻魚飯 — Restaurant in Taichung

I looked up unagi restaurants in Taichung and this is the first restau that showed up. As a non-taiwanese, we had to point our uber to Fong-Yi Art Gallery and just walk a bit - I wish there is an english name to look up in Uber I loved loved the Unagi, it doesn't smell fish. The beef is so soft and melt in your mouth level. The salad included in the set is also very delicious. The soup also deserve a shoutout! So clean and so tasty! We ordered way too much for 2 people but it is all worth it. Thank you to the staff who recommended the Orion Draft Beer, it is our first time to try that and it was soo good! I am sad because I can't buy that here in our country, I wish I drank more lol

I also loved how they are so friendly despite the language barrier.

A bit unexpected to get a receipt in the middle of the meal though, I felt like we are being asked to finish our meal lol but I don't think that is the case. Nevertheless, we enjoyed...

The staff are helpful and friendly, although they tend to hover a little bit when you're eating which could mistakenly be interpreted as pressuring the customer to eat quicker so they can leave. Luckily I'm a fast eater, and I have no complaints about the eel rice. The tempura batter could use a little extra flavor or seasoning but overall there's a wide variety of fried goods to enjoy....

🍗名古屋手羽先 這道特別的是基底採用店家特製的鰻魚醬汁去料理，很特別！
