空間舒適很適合家庭週末放空午餐，注重食物原味和食材本身鮮甜的人值得嘗試，所有料理都是不添加人工香料和調味，少油少鹽和低溫烹調，完食後會覺得身體輕盈卻又飽足。

唯獨建議單點招牌料理燉飯即可，甜點這次抵達時都已售罄，感覺也可以試試，飲料和搭配套餐的開胃小點滿普通可以單點就好了。

豆乳起司燉飯$230：使用糙米、黃豆和紅扁豆作為澱粉主食，口感較清爽不失嚼勁，有一些豆類磨碎的渣渣口感挺特別。使用帕瑪森和莫扎瑞拉兩種起司和鹹鴨蛋，香氣很夠！再以巴薩米克醋佐味，微酸澀的味道可以解膩又提味，很有趣的組合。

在意食材、調味及烹飪方式的人，會喜歡上味無味對於食物的用心，包括建物上的改造所帶來的氛圍。讓人在品嘗食物時，能夠感覺到從外引入室內的空氣與自然光線。一月造訪時，天氣舒爽沒有蚊蟲，從小小後院竹牆風洞吹入的空氣清涼，院內植物自然生長，光線在午後會偏斜進入，配上室內的稻殼牆面，感覺舒服閑靜。 主廚豆沙拉從各類豆品的調味到擺盤都很用心，推薦喜歡蔬食或素食者可以嚐試。嫩雞南瓜燉飯應該是目前吃過清甜微酸，且帶有自然香氣與口感、不過度烹調至糜爛的南瓜，與嫩雞的搭配相宜且調味上不入一般西式做法的窠臼。牛肝菌松露燉飯擺盤漂亮，食材相互映襯且無過度搶味的角色，上桌能入口的溫度舒服。燜筍茶油麵線的筍子與麵體烹調合宜，但苦茶油的比例可以再高一些，讓整體口感更溫潤香郁。雪白的醃蘿蔔與飽滿的紅棗，放置於墨藍色的小碟上，實在讓人也覺得眼睛舒暢。 銀耳湯上面的玫瑰花瓣，應該是這幾年來讓人最激賞的搭配。清甜的銀耳湯與挾帶玫瑰、荔枝香氣的酸甜感，讓人整餐下來在一個舒服的狀態下圈畫止點。 造訪味無味的飲食經驗很好，店家油品只選用橄欖油和苦茶油，與自己家裡的烹調方式相同，食材也以取好與乾淨為導向，會願意在不同季節帶家人再訪，嚐試不同時令的食材作品。也期望店家在多方研究下，維持推出味無味的初衷：）
