Hidden overrated restaurant, only 4 tables and the foods were nothing special to be honest. We needed to wait 30 minutes here and by the time, our selection ran out already so only got fried rice and braised pork topping on rice.

예상하지 못한 길목에서 보물을 발견한 느낌의 식당입니다. 당연히 외진곳이라 한국인의 발길은 전혀없는 곳이지만 앞으로 반드시 한국인이 찾아서 올거라 생각하는 식당입니다.

일단 로스복음밥 지립니다. 적당한 간에 보슬보슬한 식감에 적당히 수분이 있고 고기에도 간이 되어 아주 맛있는 로스 볶음밥입니다!!

두번째 생선볶음밥 덩어리로 씹히는 생선살이 담백하고 밥알위 짧짤한맛이 조화롭습니다. 식감도 적당한 수분감에 보슬한 밥 알갱이가 아주 만족스럽습니다.

물만두는 두깨감이 있는 물만두입니다만 생선살로 채워진 한국에서 볼기회가 없는 만두입니다. 비린맛전혀없고 매운 양념장에 찍어먹으면 맛있습니다!

야채볶음도 간이 잘되어 볶음밥과 먹으면 조화롭고 맛있습니다.

생선구이는 밀크고기라고 하더군요. 민물고기 특유의 향은 없으며 껍질과 함께 먹으면 바삭하고 맛있습니다!

국물은 개인적으로 좋아하는 계란국과 고기국을 시켰는데 국물은 해장될듯 시원한 맛입니다. 계란국을 더 추천합니다!

施家虱目魚粥金醬蔬果涼麵 …鄰近台南中西區水仙宮市場附近巷弄內。

老闆是一對年邁夫妻，自己客廳是簡單的用餐區，餐點皆是傳統的家庭料理。

餐點大致上很傳統口味，把台南在地魚貨虱目魚發揮的淋漓盡致。

簡單樸實的料理，吃的出老闆夫妻的用心。 個人最喜歡乾煎虱目魚肚，外皮焦酥內嫩的口感，虱目魚的鮮香，真的讚⋯⋯

缺點是～ 排隊後位很亂，沒有一個先來後到的機制，必須自己看清認定。 再來是網路上的時間超級不準不能信，分上午、下午2個時段，上午若人多完售，下午時段就直接關門。
