A place to hang out as a tourist not a place to vibe, given their below-ok service and meh food. Located at the top floor of the Hayashi Department Store. Has a great view and classic-modern fusion interior which serve as a viber, but degraded by the edgy software: customer service and food which lack spirit and quality. It's an excitement trip instead of an ideal date or cozy afternoon tea. after touring a bit of the area and walking through the department store, this is all we needed!

this cafe is located on the top floor of the hayashi department store. it IS very tourist-y, but i found the interior charming and the drinks great as well (obviously, it will be slightly more expensive than other local food). we had some of the espresso drinks (latte, americano) and they were 10/10.

Delicious curry! Brownie and ice cream were not overly sweet - perfect for summer. We polished our curry rice and dessert 😂. Serving speed is reasonable. We didn't get to wait long for our piping hot food. Our brownie with ice cream was served after main course as per our request. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Truly, nothing to complain Will revisit if back to 台南.
