12/3號早上點了20杯拿鐵，跟店員事先確認要外送20杯拿鐵，結果送來有兩杯是紅茶，袋子上都是溢出來的茶飲，打電話過去口氣也沒有很好 一直執著說有跟我確認過了，那個感覺就是都是我的錯，他們不可能會記錯，那請問我一開始說我要點20杯拿鐵也是我講錯嗎？電話中一直重覆我們有跟你確認，那怎麼都不會覺得是你們員工出錯而不是客戶講錯？ 後續才妥協說要幫我重做，請我過去拿...

在訂這家飲料之前，有先特別打電話過去詢問珍珠厚黑奶的珍珠可以換粉條嗎？店員說可以做更換，然後也有特別表示說是要用外送平台叫的，那再用備註的麻煩你們，他也說可以，我們才下訂的並且也備註了，結果送來才在明細寫說無法更換，那我們打電話問的時候說可以是在哈囉？而且價格明明顯示一樣都是加價15元，哪裡不一樣了？如果一開始詢問的時侯就說不可以不就好了也沒關係，一樣同家店，收到的回覆卻不一樣，令人傻眼，絕對不會再購買了！
