最近經朋友推薦，來到台北市遼寧街、松江復興站2號出口旁巷子裡的「呷飽奶奶」。這間店主打健康輕食便當，名字可愛又有親切感，一看就讓人想起阿嬤煮飯的溫暖感覺。

我點的是「招牌燒烤去骨雞腿便當」，搭配白飯、蔬菜、溏心蛋與地瓜，整體配色豐富、營養均衡。雞腿肉質鮮嫩、醬汁鹹甜適中，配上蔬菜和地瓜完全不膩口，吃起來有飽足感又不會有負擔。除了雞腿，還有舒肥雞胸、牛五花、厚切雞腿排等選擇，也有日式豬排和輕蔬盒，選擇相當多元，適合不同飲食需求的人。

店內空間不大，但整潔明亮，點餐動線流暢。雖然是平日中午來，現場也有不少上班族、外送員在排隊，看得出來這間店在附近很受歡迎。店員服務態度親切，點餐時也會提醒餐點內容或推薦招牌，是讓人願意回訪的小細節。

交通方面，從捷運松江復興站2號出口走出來不到2分鐘就能抵達，對上班族或通勤族來說非常方便。外帶為主，也有提供外送平台合作，是上班日快速補充能量的好選擇。

附近很多健康餐，這間最好吃🤩🤩🤩 飯量跟菜量份量調配的很好，不會剩一堆飯，菜很新鮮有些微調味但不會過重！比水煮菜好吃很多！！ 主菜味道都很不錯！大推雞腿、草飼牛跟松阪豬！真的好好初～～ 老闆的服務親切～(^з^)-☆ 報電話號碼還可以集點，好讚！
