Good portion, good price! All you can eat rice and ice cream, as well as a sauce bar. Ample cabbage and other hotpot goodies (eg. Enoki, mushroom, tofu). There was a wait to get in so that's a good sign!

The braised stinky tofu on the side (extra side order) was SO GOOD. I got the regular 臭臭 broth and thought it could've been a tad saltier, so may try kimchi or mala soup...

You have to choose flavor of soup and what you want in the soup. You can eat rice , ice cream and drink for free. 😋 if you don't like spicy , order original soup like me. It's great! If you like spicy you have to order spicy hot pot it's...

一律先點餐，後入座，餐畢結帳。 店後有洗手間，餐前餐後可洗手。

內用自助區 飲料，冰水/紅茶。 調味料，蒜/蔥/辣/沙茶/素沙茶/各式醬料等。 白飯。 冰淇淋，客惟您，都是有顆粒或果肉的口味。

調味料 基本都很新鮮！ 蒜末，尤其鮮香辣甜。注意不要一次入口太多，嗆辣神經而短期喪失味覺~ 沙茶/素沙茶，鮮鹹強烈，很美味！ 搭飯搭鍋都很配~

白飯 大鍋煮，香軟乾粒濕軟皆有，自取所好。 鍋滾前，單純弄成「蒜蒜滿滿沙茶蔥飯」非常開胃且滿足~ 後續配菜/料/湯，也都十分加乘，非常好吃！！！ 每次至少吃四碗~

葉菜類 基本鍋配置的 小白菜 和 高麗菜，還有加點的 茼蒿。 皆鮮甜脆，無土味，其口感和煮出的菜香湯汁很棒～

湯 自然鮮甜！每次都能喝光光！

蛋 新鮮大顆！ 適合吃得差不多時，以小火開滾後，將火直接關閉，馬上打蛋進去。等候數分鐘後的 水波溫泉蛋，搭配鮮湯與白飯，超級美味！

其他火鍋用料 金針菇/香菇/大塊豆腐等，新鮮味美！ 大豆皮/小貢丸/甜不辣/魚餃等，都很不錯！

鮮蝦鍋 有六隻大隻鮮蝦，完善解凍上鍋，基本蠻新鮮的！ 看他人評論與照片，蝦的種類可能是不一定的。 煮的時候不用特別撈雜質泡泡，吃完 蝦 和 水波溫泉蛋，湯汁顯得晶透金黃，特別好喝美味！
