What a lovely spot for hot pot! Whilst there are so many choices here in Taipei, this particular one is cozy, friendly and super tasty!

You can pick from a shared pot to eat together or individually for those who prefer not to share!

And you can choose from the traditional hot pot with a metal pot or a cast iron style where they’ll precook some meat into it before adding the broth....

This is our favorite hot pot spot in Taipei. A small place that requires a reservation. The owners are so nice. The precooked hot pot and meat sets everything in motion. This helps make sure the flavors are consistent. Another great meal, I can’t wait until we return to Taipei...

原來老闆把店址遷移到長春路原址的對面，難怪我怎麼想都想不起來。

一邊吃鍋時，看見老闆一通通打電話確認訂位的客人，沒想到竟然有人訂了位，因故無法到場時，也不主動來店取消；老闆悠悠的說著：如果我沒有自己再打電話確認的話，很怕到時候開天窗，因為最高記錄有一個晚上取消八張單，真的是忙也壓力大，空盪沒客人也壓力大。

同桌的我們，不約而同都表示，如果訂位有事無法到達時，一定會打電話通知店家。真的實在無法理解，那些不取消的客人，道德觀到底升華到哪裡去了，可以這麼逍遙自在？！

訂位服務，是讓顧客和店家，都能有個方便；取消服務，則是為自己留下一個好儀態，為下一次的光臨，有更好的名聲。

這裡，可以選擇個人涮涮鍋，也可以選擇先炒過沙茶的石頭火鍋，符合妳當天的心情與口味。

湯頭不油，因為肉品、沙茶、洋蔥是先在其他鍋炒過後，再自行放入火鍋中熬煮，所以可以自行控制湯頭以及肉品的熟韌度，光那湯頭，我就喝了好幾碗，畢竟想吃美食，也不想要有過多的負擔。

最後，把白飯倒入湯鍋中煮粥，完食！

順道一提，它的紅茶少冰好喝，正好去火。
