Worst service ever. First when you enter its a metal door like a bann it's very small area with no windows in dark colors, you get a depression also from the music. The feeling is like you are in a cage like prisoner and they do some shamans treatments with this music. So depressive. At the metal door welcomes you a young guy who's getting angry if you don't answer quickly if he say hello to you, he's becoming arrogant if he doesn't like you and showing very bad manners. If anyway you decide to stay you get a normal but nothing special like drink that usually can have everywhere. One of my worst coffee shops experience.

Wanted to try but was refused at the door because we have a child. Not family friendly at all. If you have a child, do avoid.

** updated based on owner’s reply. It’s really isn’t that big deal if the server was nice about it and explained to us that there isn’t space. Plus, it’s an absolute incorrect claim and complete lie that my child was crying, my child was excited walking in front of us after I open the door, to have ice cream and was shook when a grown man literally stopped her saying there’s no kids allowed in an ice cream place. Quaint little dessert shop/stall serving up soft serve parfaits, as well as both sweet and savory imagawayaki. The soft serve flavors rotate monthly/seasonally, but I went specifically to try their tieguanyin soft serve, which was absolutely fantastic.

Was given some samples of his imagawayaki fillings too (as an apology for how long it was taking to get served), which were also unexpectedly delicious. Both of these things seem to sell out, so I'd recommend going before 5-6pm if you want to have your choice of options!
