I tried Korean Bibimbap with beef and you scan the QR code to place an order. The lemon red (black) tea and barley tea are free to drink. Rice on the bottom of the stone pot is crispy and that’s what I came for mainly. The sliced beef is very tasty and has amazing texture. The bean noodles and tempuras are also of great quality and deliciousness. You can make your egg over easy or sunny-side-up. It tastes great along with the hot sauce. Wasn’t very impressed. There are much better restaurants in Taipei. The flavour wasn’t great. The squid was very hard and didn’t seem fresh. The side dishes also didn’t look or taste that fresh. It’s a cash only establishment. I wasn’t given a receipt when I paid. They charge 10% service charge even though you order yourself on your phone via a QR code. There is complimentary barley tea and very sweet lemon honey tea which is self-serve. Our bill came to $616 for 2 mains. There are much better places to eat in Taiwan for far cheaper. Plus points: Convenient location right in the middle of the Ximending night market Clean and cozy atmosphere Clean toilets Easy order process via QR code. Not everything is in English but with a bit help of Google we could still figure out what some words mean. We both had each a soft tofu stew soup. The portions were more than enough for one person.
