Rice on the bottom of the stone pot is crispy and that’s what I came for mainly. The sliced beef is very tasty and has amazing texture. The bean noodles and tempuras are also of great quality and deliciousness. You can make your egg over easy or sunny-side-up. It tastes great along with the hot sauce. The side dishes also didn’t look or taste that fresh. It’s a cash only establishment. I wasn’t given a receipt when I paid. They charge 10% service charge even though you order yourself on your phone via a QR code. There is complimentary barley tea and very sweet lemon honey tea which is self-serve.
