FANCY PASTA — Restaurant in Wanhua District

This restaurant offers a wide variety of spaghetti dishes. We ordered the XO sauce shrimp spaghetti (★★★★★), tomato sauce shrimp spaghetti (★★★★☆), popcorn chicken (★★★★★), garlic bread (★★★☆☆), cola and lemon black tea - all of which tasted excellent.

Some possible improvements would be heating the garlic bread before serving and making the shrimp easier to peel.

When our bill arrived, the total came to $559. Given the high quality of the food, we felt the average cost of $200-300 per person was a good deal.

Nice cozy room upstairs with lots of decoration. I wanted to like the spaghetti with salmon with dill sauce but it was not salty enough to my taste. I was told I could find salt on the side table but this is not how I want to order. I’m told this is because in Taiwan many have kidney problems. As a westerner I don’t - and prefer my food with enough salt to taste.

Their pesto mushroom pasta were delicious, and the price is nice for the amount of food which I received. This restaurant has several vegetarian options, and the sauce on the linguine were delicious.
