古奈堡精品旅館 Good9stay — Hotel in Taipei

I was very skeptical at first if the room could fit us all, we were five (3 adults, 2 kids), but when we entered the room - I would say that I'm very satisfied with it. I specially appreciated the partition between the 2 beds and 1 queen sized bed. It felt less crowded. ||Meanwhile, the bathroom is basic, don't expect luxurious amenities. But for what it's worth, it serves its function. It has strong water pressure, hot water is available at all times. We get replacements of toiletries everyday. I am satisfied.||The Inn is located in Ximending, the place really comes to life at night. The bright lights kind of reminded me of 42nd Street in NYC (but smaller, of course). You just step out of your room, and walk around the area and you'd get to shop and eat. It's an experience.||As for transportation, there's an MRT station (Ximen station) nearby so there's really no problem. And there are taxis as well, if you prefer that.||Unfortunately, Good 9 Stay Inn does not serve breakfast. However, there's a 7-11 nearby so you can get your breakfast there. But then, the receptionist provides a map and shows you where you can eat your breakfast close to their hotel.||All in all, I had a great time staying...

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights from 21-25 Dec. The hotel is situated in an small alley but it is very accessible and easy to find! Not as bad as other reviewers had said. The service counter was on the 5th level of the building. The staffs were very helpful and polite. Do check with them if you need any help and they will assist you. We were allocated to a room on level 6. The strange thing was, there was a metal gate when the elevator door open. Which you have to open the metal gate when the elevator reaches level 6. Kinda creepy. Hope they can remove it. Other than that, the room was clean and neat. Toilet is clean with basic amenities. They should upgrade the hair dryer though! On the 2nd night of our stay, we found 3 mosquitoes flying around. Not sure where they came from?? We killed 2 of them and the remaining 1 eventually disappeared the next night. The best thing about this hotel is its location, just right in the heart of Ximending! There's food stalls nearby the hotel so you won't get hungry at night. Just come out from Ximen station (exit 6) and look for the KFC. Turn left into the alley after walking past the KFC logo. I won't mind staying here again for its good location and...

Just a few meters away from exit of station, around 3-5 minute walk (you can also take a shortcut through 7-eleven), Good 9 stay is an excellent place to stay for your taipei trip.||||The rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed in a 2 bed (1 queen 1 single) room and 4 single Room. The first room has its own sala set. The 2nd room is big and spacious for luggage. They have big cabinets also where you can use to unpack your clothes to be use for your trip.||||The toilet and shower room is also nice. Very spacious. The hot water is too hot for me. Even with just a little adjustment to the hot water side, the water will be too hot. So i guess the hot-cold shower is working.||||The inn is 2 floors, 5th and 6th floor, you need access card to get to the 6th floor so security is very good. We stayed for 7 days, everyday they provide fresh towels and they tidy up the room pretty neatly.||||Location is the best asset. Many breakfast place around the area. you can do night shopping everyday, where you can buy your gifts late at night after you do your daily tour. Food carts are within reach, we even bought snacks at 12...
